Sheehan’s fleet of tippers provide all services at competitive rates to the construction industry, either on a per load or day-work basis, providing maximum flexibility to improve your site efficiencies. All of these services are carried out in accordance with current legislation, providing our customers with complete confidence as a result of the safe and managed transport and disposal processes we employ. Sheehan’s fleet of vehicles are maintained in-house by our fully trained and experienced workshop staff.
The majority of inert and construction waste removed from site is diverted to our strategically placed recycling sites. Material is subsequently processed, screened and/or crushed, washed and ready for re-use. This provides our clients with a more competitively priced alternative to quarry and soil products.
At Sheehan’s, we believe that a significant competitive advantage can be achieved for our customers through segregation of waste. At our fully licensed waste transfer station, we provide the sorting and segregation process on behalf of our customers. Timber, paper, card, glass, plastic and construction waste are catered for on site, demonstrating Sheehan’s commitment to customer service, quality and innovation. As environmental stewards, we strive to sustain natural resources and our environment for future generations.
People depend on natural resources for their livelihood. However, pressures on the environment resulting from development are steadily increasing. Therefore, it is necessary for citizens and the business community to ensure that their activities and operations are environmentally responsible. Landfill tax and the Aggregate Levy will continue to increase as capacity declines, and regulation influences waste disposal options and classification of waste. This is why at Sheehan’s we will endeavour to maintain our high recycling rates of approximately 90%.
